About the Exhibition

Ramses and the Pharaoh’s Gold: The Exhibition brings over 180 priceless artefacts to London, many never before seen in the UK. It is an exhibition that explores the power, vision and legacy of Egypt’s greatest pharaoh. Featuring the pharaoh’s own coffin, exquisite royal treasures, and immersive environments that transport you back over 3,000 years, this is an unmissable cultural event that comes to NEON at Battersea Power Station following acclaimed runs in Paris, San Francisco, Sydney, and Tokyo.

There is public parking available within the Battersea Power Station estate, a short walk away from the venue; however no specific parking for the exhibition.

Yes, there is an optional Virtual Reality experience after the exhibition.

No, there is no dress code.

Access to Events

Please make sure to allow time for traffic, parking, and entrance delays.

Please plan to arrive so that we can begin scanning your tickets for admission 5-10 minutes before your admission time. Tickets purchased on-site are subject to availability, and we strongly suggest purchasing tickets online in advance.

Late entrance will be subject to availability.

We will only be able to grant access to registered or validated Service dogs.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

We’re proud to be fully accessible for guests with many different disabilities and neurodiversity, and we strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable by offering a free Carer ticket for customers with accessible needs.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact Fever with proof of needing a Carer ticket.

Once this is received, Fever will provide you with a voucher code that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will be required to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Here are a few documents that Fever accepts:

– Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.

– Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

– Evidence of being severely sight impaired.

– CredAbility Access Card – +1 category requirement.

– A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

If tickets are purchased on-site at the box office, please simply show proof of needing a Carer ticket at the entrance with your documentation, and the Carer will be allowed in for free.

We offer full transcripts, large-print guides, and devices that stream directly to hearing aids.

The Smartify app also adapts automatically for accessibility needs, making the experience fully enjoyable without audio.

At present, we are unable to offer touch tours or braille guides.

The event itself will not include strobe lights.

Yes, benches are available for seating during the exhibition.

Yes, toilets are available inside the exhibition venue as well as a Changing Places facility.

Yes, photos are allowed during the exhibition.

We recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.

There is not a cloakroom on site. Please note that bags larger than A4 will not be permitted inside the venue

The exhibition is recommended for ages 5+. Pushchairs can be held at the venue but are not allowed within the experience.

Yes, audio guides are available for purchase as an add-on. Please check the ticketing page to make this purchase.

About tickets

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact Fever and they will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact Fever if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

You can purchase tickets for up to 17 people directly on our ticketing site. If you want to visit the Experience with a larger group of 17+ people, please complete the Group Booking Form on Fever’s website.
